We celebrated all day as Charlotte and Alfie shared their birthday treats with us. 
Directional decisions
The children have been looking at clockwise and anticlockwise whilst giving instructions. We also used Raphael the Right Angle Monster to help find right angles around the classroom. He was very hungry and munched through many. 
Safety first!
Firefighter Archie came to school and with the help of Francis the Firefly we know how to Stop, Drop and Roll. Also to learn our address in case of emergencies. 
We are superheroes
With everyone’s help we shot flowers out of our hands to create a beautiful planet and stop global warming! Guys you are super!

We took an aeroplane to Mexico for our new topic. Don’t forget your passport! 
Money, money, money
2D were throwing money about (only on the whiteboard) as we looked at coins, value and what coins would make different totals. Great job 2D.
Science
We discussed the lifecycle of humans with discussions involving siblings and family.
